Restaurant manager and Supervisor

Ruby Mcs is a cafe providing breakfast, brunch and out if this world sweet treats all day, seven days a week. We're searching for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager. Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager: Show confidence in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, take away counter and hatch To ensure the efficient flow of service is met during service periods whilst adhering to our service standards. To provide friendly, courteous,and professional service at all times To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals. Adheretoand upholds all food safety and quality regulations. Staff Management: training, rostering, performance management, recruitment Customer Service: daily staff briefings, monitoring of standards, building repeat/referral business, responding to customer reviews and complaints Environment: cleaning, presentation, HACCP, Health & Safety Financial: daily cash management, cost control, pricing, invoices, waste management Sales: increase sales, upselling, maximise profit, menu review, new ideas Stock Management: stock takes, stock rotation, ordering, pricing reviews, inventory (tableware, cleaning supplies etc) About you: You have 1 year + of experience in this position You love to wow guests with exceptional service You have excellent English language skills You are a real team player You are friendly and professional with children and adults About us: We want to build a team of enthusiastic, energetic, personable people who can provide the customer with a WOW experience when they frequent a restaurant.
