Façade Manager Location: Merville, Finglas, Dublin 11 Project: 200 Apartments About the Role: Join one of Ireland’s top Tier 1 construction firms as a Façade Manager on a prestigious 200-apartment development in Merville, Finglas. If you're an experienced Façade Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-profile project, delivering top-quality façade construction on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the façade construction, ensuring seamless coordination with subcontractors and other construction teams. Oversee the integration of façade elements with the overall project, solving technical challenges as they arise. Manage technical submittals, ensuring compliance with BCAR requirements and tracking approval processes. Handle façade material procurement, ensuring deliveries align with the project schedule. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout design, installation, and quality assurance phases. Utilize BIM and other tools for quality control, inspections, and compliance checks. Compile Safety Files and O&M data for a smooth project handover. Manage on-site testing, snagging, and sign-offs, ensuring quality standards are met. Monitor and document any project variations related to the façade. Provide leadership and mentorship to your project teams and subcontractors, ensuring a collaborative work environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Façade Manager or in a similar role on large residential projects. Strong technical expertise in façade systems, materials, and construction processes. Excellent project management skills with a focus on planning, scheduling, and cost control. Comprehensive knowledge of BCAR regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
