The Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Lead and support a team of production operatives.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
• Monitor productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and housekeeping.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and other departments as required.
• Complete production records, reports and relevant documentation.
• Train, support and develop team members.
• Promote a positive, safe and productive working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar manufacturing role.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of production processes and targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of health & safety and quality procedures.
