**Salary: €18.05 - €25.38 per hour. €1.50 extra per hour on Sunday.

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with disabilities? Join our dedicated team as a Senior Social Care Worker and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support within our Children's Respite Service.

In this rewarding role, you will support children with Intellectual Disabilities, ABI and Autism to reach their full potential, promoting independence, confidence and meaningful participation in everyday activities. As part of the on-floor team, you will coordinate shifts, support colleagues and help ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued and supported. You may also be required to deputise for the Person In-Charge when needed.

About You

• A Level 7 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with Disability modules, or another relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a residential, respite or day service setting supporting people with an intellectual disability.
• CORU registration or be actively working towards registration.
• Experience in team leadership or supervision is desirable.
