What You'll Do Be a surgical superstar Lead scrub support in state-of-the-art theatres, assisting with cataract and ophthalmic procedures. Patient-first, always Admit, prep, support, and discharge patients with empathy and clinical confidence. Keep it safe Administer medications, document care, and uphold the highest standards in infection control and governance. Gear up Prepare and manage all theatre equipment, ensuring everythings ready for action. Be the glue Collaborate closely with Consultant Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and theatre teams to deliver seamless, life-changing care. What You Bring (Your Superpowers) NMBI Registered Nurse with a passion for surgical care At least 1 years post-reg clinical experience (theatre experience ideal!)
