Sanderson are working with a well established legal practice in Kildare that is seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships and working as part of a collaborative environment. The Role The successful candidate will manage a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters together with probate and estate administration work. Responsibilities will include: Managing conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Advising clients on residential and commercial property matters. Handling probate applications and estate administration files. Drafting and reviewing legal documentation. Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high professional standard. The Candidate Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. Strong experience in conveyancing and or probate. Ability to manage files independently. Excellent client relationship and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Experience of working in a busy private practice environment.
