Significant SAP Plant Maintenance PM functional experience.
Considerable SAP Materials Management MM functional experience particularly where MM supports
maintenance spares inventory and materials processes.
Experience supporting SAP in an engineering maintenance fleet facilities asset management or similar
operational environment.
Experience supporting testing user acceptance testing defect analysis and process validation.
Ability to engage effectively with business users ICT teams implementation partners and project
stakeholders.
Strong communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting the CME Systems Development Executive and wider CME
business.

1.1.2 Desirable Skills and Experience
The following would be advantageous:
Experience of SAP S/4HANA implementation migration or upgrade programmes.
Experience with SAP ECC 6 to SAP S/4HANA transition activities.
Experience in railway rolling stock transport utilities or another asset-intensive industry.
Experience with SAP BI reporting or business intelligence outputs linked to maintenance or materials
processes.
Experience with mobility applications mobile work management tools or SAP-integrated field systems.
Experience preparing user guidance test scripts process documentation or training material.
Lean Six Sigma process improvement or business process mapping experience.
1.1.3 Mandatory Certifications
The proposed resource must hold or be able to demonstrate equivalent professional competence in at least
one relevant SAP certification or recognised SAP training credential in SAP Plant Maintenance Enterprise Asset
Management or associated SAP PM/MM functionality. This may include but is not limited to:
SAP PLM300 Business Processes in Plant Maintenance or equivalent SAP Plant Maintenance
training/certification.
Equivalent SAP ECC 6 Plant Maintenance Enterprise Asset Management or PM/MM certification.
Other relevant SAP certification or formal training demonstrating competence in SAP PM/MM
processes.
