We are currently recruiting a Telesales Agent to join our busy Carstock Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with previous experience in the motor industry or business-to-business (B2B) sales. Working with an established fleet of ex-fleet and ex-showroom vehicles, you'll be responsible for generating sales to motor trade customers across Ireland while developing long-term business relationships.

The Role

The successful candidate will work on their own initiative to generate sales of ex-fleet and ex-showroom vehicles to car retailers and other trade customers. You'll be provided with an existing customer database and will be expected to develop new business opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on sales enquiries and leads by telephone.
• Generate sales of ex-fleet and ex-showroom vehicles to trade customers.
• Conduct pre-sales consultations by phone.
• Schedule appointments and vehicle viewings where required.
• Record customer enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Promote our vehicle stock and associated products.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Grow and develop your own customer database through proactive business development.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in motor sales or business-to-business sales is desirable.
• A friendly, confident, and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of the motor industry is an advantage, although full training will be provided.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales.
