The Role :

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to a client in their own home.

You'll work as part of a nurse-led care team and be fully supported by your local Clinical Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver evidence-based nursing care in line with the client's care plan

Prioritise the comfort, dignity, and individual needs of the client

Build strong, supportive relationships with family members

Promote a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect

Work confidently within your Scope of Practice (NMBI 2015)

Adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct

Requirements :

Registered Nurse on the live NMBI register

Previous community-based experience is desirable but not essential - full training provided

Paediatric experience is desirable
