We are hiring a  Tissue Viability Nurse  for one of the best Nursing Homes in Laois who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and places a strong importance on social, physical, and mental stimulation

Expected hours : 40 per week

Responsibilities

• Assess wounds and provide individualized treatment programs.
• Assist and counsel nursing professionals in managing difficult wounds.
• Track the healing process and modify treatment programs as needed.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary groups as needed.
• Take part in quality improvement projects and audits.
• Educate and train employees on wound avoidance and tissue viability.
