Accounts payable

Your new company A leading property management and development firm based in Dublin City is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their finance team. This is a permanent role with excellent prospects for growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your new role As AP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function across multiple entities. Key duties include : Processing supplier invoices and ensuring compliance with purchase order policies Managing supplier payments and resolving queries Preparing bank and creditor reconciliations Supporting Accounts Receivable for selected entities Assisting with month-end and year-end processes, including audits Contributing to system improvements and internal controls Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects You will report directly to the Financial Controller and work closely with other members of the finance team. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have : 2+ years' experience in a similar finance role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication skills and fluency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software (Sage 50 preferred; Yardi desirable) A proactive, hands-on approach with a drive to add value What you'll get in return This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and ambitious environment.
