  • Join us as a Client Service Representative
  • Fund Accounting
  • In this role you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining oversight of your assigned client relationships.

You will focus on the Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client relationships.

You will assist more senior team members with oversight of operational production, client accounts, client conversions, reporting and analyses to ensure high client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Client Service
  • Execute reviews of internal reporting and reconciliations for assigned client relationships and escalate issues which may impact client servicing to the Sr.
  • Work effectively with internal departments to support client requests, deliverables and issue resolution
  • Work with internal departments to prioritize and resolve client requests and deliverables
  • Analysis and oversight of core reconciliations and reporting that impacts assigned client relationships
  • Effectively monitor and respond to client inquiries on a daily basis
  • Assist in activities that support the measurement of Client Service Standards across the various products BBH provides to our
  • Qualifications :
  • BA / BS degree concentration is preferred), or equivalent work
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships
  • Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs
  • Aptitude for numbers and accuracy (analytical ability)
  • Demonstrates superior client
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both written and verbal
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Flexibility to work alternative hours and overtime as needed
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office
