About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 5-10 years' experience in financial services / Regulatory environment / technology solution implementations.

In the role, the successful candidate will :

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and regulatory projects across multiple business units.

Establish and manage project governance structures in accordance with the Davy Change Governance Framework.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders, steercos and other governance forums.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and governance practices.

Motivate, coach, and develop high performing teams.

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills :

Proven experience in managing strategic and regulatory projects within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Adept at stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams

Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Effective Change management skills and ability to drive adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in finance, business or related discipline, project management.

One or more professional certifications or equivalent experience (preferably PMP, Agile, etc.).

5-10 year's experience.
