What Youll Be Doing Supporting Leadership Work alongside the FOH Manager to lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring every shift runs smoothly. Customer Care Set the example for great service, step in to handle guest queries or issues, and make sure every customer leaves happy. Team Development Help train, guide, and support floor staff, encouraging a positive team spirit and high service standards. Operational Support Assist with managing rotas, table plans, reservations, and coordinating service between the kitchen and floor. Standards & Compliance Ensure the team follows health & safety, hygiene, and licensing rules at all times.
