Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Dublin team. Role Overview You will manage the full commercial function on large-scale projects, from cost planning and procurement through to final accounts. This is a key senior position offering major project exposure and long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial management on major construction projects Cost planning, budgeting, and reporting Procurement and subcontractor management Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts Work closely with project teams and clients Requirements 10+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor Background with a Tier 1 or leading main contractor preferred Strong commercial and contractual understanding Excellent communication and negotiation skills Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Package €100k€110k salary Company car / car allowance Relocation allowance & accommodation support Performance bonus Excellent pension and full benefits For more information get in touch with Jonny Derby on or Benefits: Work From Home
