Title: Staff Nurse, LauraLynn Hospice
Hours: Part-time (Max 22.5 hrs per week)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary/Grade: Staff Nurse: €38,166 - €56,592/ ENP Scale: €45,259 - €58,424 as of 01st June 2026 pay scales, pro-rata for hours less than 37.5 per week.
Job Closing Date: Friday 2nd October 2026

Essential Criteria - ideally the successful candidate will possess the following:
- Fully registered with the NMBI as an RCN, RGN or RNID
- RCN's require a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience working in a paediatric setting, acute or community setting with children or young people with complex/life-limiting nursing and palliative care needs
- RGN's/ RNID's require a minimum of 5 years' experience, working in a paediatric setting with children or young people with complex/life-limiting nursing and palliative care needs
- Hold a Degree in Nursing or be in the process of completing a degree
- Working knowledge of information technology
- Experience of working within an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrable experience of working with children with complex conditions and palliative care needs and their families
