An exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take the lead in a high-volume, high-tech manufacturing environment in West Cork. This is a key leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape maintenance strategy, develop a strong team and drive reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across the site. ?? What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach and develop a skilled maintenance team Own planned, preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance Drive equipment reliability and minimise downtime Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, materials and spares Lead Lean, PDCA and Practical Problem-Solving initiatives Analyse maintenance KPIs and turn data into action Drive improvements in energy efficiency and sustainability Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain Balance daily operational demands with longer-term maintenance strategy ?? What You'll Bring 2+ years' experience leading a Maintenance or Production team in a high-volume manufacturing environment Engineering qualification or recognised time-served apprenticeship Strong knowledge of Maintenance Systems Proven Lean / Continuous Improvement experience Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring capability Good MS Office and numerical/data analysis skills ?
