Senior credit manager (property development)

Job Description Excellent opportunity for a property finance / credit professional to join a residential development lender in Dublin.

Key responsibilities will include : Supporting the lending team to assess, evaluate and structure credit applications in line with credit policy.

Performing detailed second line assessment and interrogation of credit proposals.

Contributing to the ongoing monitoring of the loan book through the drawdown process, account reviews and review of KPI reports.

Identifying early indicators of stress in the portfolio and supporting the lending team with work out plans.

Requirements for this Role Successful candidate will likely have the following background : 6+ years experience in credit risk management, with a proven track record assessing residential funding proposals.

In-depth knowledge of lending agreements, covenants and security requirements.

Keen commercial acumen with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
