Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a leading Tier 2 Main Contractor delivering major construction projects across Dublin, including high-rise residential and pharmaceutical developments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior QS to join an established contractor working on complex projects from pre-construction through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, commercial performance, and subcontractor relationships. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline. 6+ years experience in a Quantity Surveying role. Proven experience working with a main contractor. Experience on large-scale projects, ideally residential, pharma, or commercial developments. Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage costs, contracts, and project reporting. Duties: Managing project costs from procurement through to completion. Preparing budgets, valuations, and cost reports. Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts. Reviewing contracts, variations, and claims. Liaising with project teams, clients, and subcontractors. Supporting commercial delivery and project performance.
