We have an opportunity for an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to join our successful team based in Limerick In this role you will be : Responsible for the operations and effective management of the various functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch.

Responsible for the line management for branch staff, including recruitment, training, and development.

Setting and attaining monthly turn over targets and identifying areas of potential growth.

Driving the branch performance to achieve profitable revenue growth based on assigned budgets and the companys overall objectives.

Reviewing and ensuring appropriate health and safety standards are applied.

Overseeing processes and ensuring compliance and legislation are up to date and maintained within transport, fleet, and environment teams.

Ensuring sufficient amount of stock is available for hire and equipment is maximised to its full potential.

What will help you to excel in this role : Substantial management / supervisory experience ideally within the hire industry Good mechanical knowledge of plant or vehicles Strong commercial awareness Good understanding of health and safety principles, standards and practices Ability to motivate, drive and develop a successful team Excellent communication skills and team player.
