Project Manager Structural & Building Services Location : Wexford, Waterford,Kilkenny, Carlow Salary : €75,000 €90,000 Type : Full-time / Permanent An established contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee structural and building services projects. This is a key leadership position within a busy project delivery team, offering long-term stability and excellent progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities : Manage the full project lifecycle from tender through to handover. Coordinate site activities across structural and building services works. Lead subcontractors, procurement, scheduling, and resource planning. Review and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and project documents. Chair site meetings, ensure compliance with health & safety, and resolve issues quickly. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Requirements : 5+ years project management experience in construction or engineering. Background in structural steel, civil, or building services projects. Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors. Valid driving licence with flexibility to attend sites as needed.
