ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Source, engage, and successfully place candidates across a range of roles and industries, delivering comprehensive end-to-end recruitment solutions. Be self-motivated Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets, contributing to both individual and team success. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads, presenting recruitment services to prospective clients, and expanding the company's client portfolio to achieve revenue goals. Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth placements and mutually beneficial outcomes. IDEAL CANDIDATE Strong sales background or a proven ability to engage with people effectively. Results-oriented and target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and within a team, managing priorities effectively. Highly organized with great attention to detail.
