This is asenior-level rolewhere you will take ownership of both team and individual performance insetting direction, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Youll still lead from the front, contributing to business development and key account management, but your main focus will be onleading, supporting, and empowering your team to achieve collective success. Youll be supported by an experienced in-house delivery team, business development, marketing, and training functions, enabling you and your team to perform at the highest level. This is aDublin-based hybrid role. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and developa team of senior recruitment consultants, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Foster acollaborative team culturethat promotes shared success, accountability, and professional growth. Partner with senior leadership to shape and implement strategies for team growth and business expansion. Support and advocate for your team ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and backing they need to succeed. Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery within your division, maintaining high standards of client and candidate experience. Manage key client relationships and drive business development within your specialist vertical. Lead by example in demonstrating best practice recruitment and relationship management. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and influence commercial direction. Collaborate closely with internal marketing, operations, and business development teams to enhance visibility and performance. About You Proven experience in ateam leadership or management rolewithin recruitment, ideally leading senior consultants. Strong track record inrecruitmentand business development within IT, AI, Tech, or related sectors. Results-focusedwith a keen interest in driving both team performance and financial growth. Anatural motivator and team builder, able to inspire trust and confidence across consultants and clients alike. Excellent communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about developing others. Strategic thinker with the ability to balance leadership and delivery responsibilities.
