The role of a Finance Officer : The person appointed will be a member of the Finance team providing effective accounting support to the Head of Finance, Financial Accountant and to all stakeholders as required.

The appointee must :

a) have obtained a Level 8 qualification in Accounting or Business or be a member of an approved accountancy body (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).

NB A copy of the relevant qualification must be attached to the CV.

b) have a minimum of three years' relevant experience

c) have excellent skills in the use of MS Excel and be highly competent in Microsoft packages and accounting software

d) have excellent numeracy, analytical, communication and organisational skills

e) have an appreciation of the needs and rights of people with intellectual disabilities Possession of a "B" class clean Irish Driving Licence is essential.
