Attractive salary package and benefits Long-term career development opportunities within a top-tier legal brand Hybrid working in a central Dublin 2 location with excellent transport links Inclusive, professional and supportive culture The Role Key Responsibilities In this senior bid-focused role, you will : Lead and manage the end-to-end bid and tender process, from identifying opportunities through to submission and post-bid analysis Review tender documentation and translate requirements into clear, high-quality submissions Draft, edit, and refine tailored responses in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders Project-manage bids to ensure all deadlines are met, coordinating input across multiple teams Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand and tone of voice Maintain accurate bid records, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting on outcomes Contribute to wider Business Development initiatives and knowledge-sharing within the team About You What Were Looking For Minimum of 3 years experience in a bid / tender executive role Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the entire tender process independently Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail Confident, proactive, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) If youre a skilled bid professional seeking the next step in your career with a leading firm that offers both challenge and reward, wed love to hear from you.
