Bim / revit technician (mep)

BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) Location : Dublin City Centre (Hybrid) Salary : €45,000 €55,000 DOE We are seeking an experienced BIM / Revit Technician (MEP) to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Dublin City Centre.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects across the hospitality, residential, education, and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities : Produce high-quality 3 D MEP models and 2 D drawings using Revit and Auto CAD Carry out clash detection, prepare reports, and propose practical solutions Work closely with M&E engineers, architects, fire engineers, and wider design teams Coordinate and review both internal and external BIM models for project integration Provide BIM input and expertise at design meetings and workshops Requirements : At least 3 years experience working with Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software Relevant qualification at NFQ Level 6 or higher Autodesk Revit certification is an advantage Strong skills in Revit MEP and Navisworks; Auto CAD knowledge desirable Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines Benefits : Competitive salary of €45,000 €55,000 DOE Hybrid working with flexible hours Ongoing career development and training in M&E design and project delivery Half-day Fridays Supportive and collaborative team environment in a central Dublin location Interested?
