Bim Engineer

BIM Engineer County Louth €50-55k

Our client based in County Louth is recruiting for a BIM engineer to deliver high-quality project outcomes across multiple disciplines, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting delivery teams throughout the project life-cycle.

The role will suit someone with experience performing in a similar role who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment both with clients and as part of a dynamic wider team.

Role & Responsibilities

Producing clear and reliable 3D designs from concept stage through to construction incorporating structural, architectural and MEP systems

Managing the delivery of BIM models and CAD documentation of designs, as well as compiling BIM Execution Plans

Maintaining the overview of all aspects of development including BIM processes, 2D and 3D designs and coordinating services to finalising a successful project.

Preparing technical reports, specification and schedules.

Contributing to the planning of team workload.

Individual requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role

Experience working within the construction / engineering sector

Strong command of BIM tools including Revit and Navisworks.

Well-versed in BIM workflows, data management practices, and project coordination.

Ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings

Comfortable working on concurrent projects

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
