About the Company :

Our client at Inform3 is a leading Manufacturing company based in County Longford are currently looking to add to their well-established team who specialise in solutions for the medical & pharmaceutical sector.

They are recruiting for a Process Technician to join their highly established team and you would be responsible for the efficient set up and operation of polymer processing lines in the fields of Injection Moulding.

Roles & Responsibilities Include :

Responsible for the efficient set up and operation of polymer processing lines in the fields of Injection Moulding.

Work with cross function and operational teams to ensure objectives and activity plans are met.

Follow procedures and create accurate documents and records of your work.

Identify improvement opportunities through analysis of production line.

Ensure a high standard of safety is achieved and cGMP procedures are followed.

Execute product and process validation and verification.

Identify any process problems and non-conformances in manufacturing processes and develop corrective actions.

Carry out risk assessments where required.

Involved in all aspects of daily manufacturing.

Skills & Experience Required :

Degree level in Polymer Processing.

Minimum 5 Years working in Plastics Production Environment in a technical role.

Experience in SPC an advantage.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a team environment and on your own.

Ability to work 4 cycle shift pattern.
