Responsibilities Perform comprehensive repair, servicing, and installation of facility management electrical systems across corporate and commercial sites, ensuring all work meets industry standards and company quality benchmarks. Carry out detailed fault-finding and diagnostics on a wide range of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control panels, and implement timely and effective solutions. Conduct regular onsite visits to client locations, demonstrating a flexible approach to working hours, travel requirements, and urgent maintenance needs. Provide expert advice to facilities management teams regarding electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and system enhancements to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency. Participate actively in the companys on-call rota, responding to out-of-hours emergency calls and delivering prompt, effective solutions to minimize downtime. Ensure strict adherence to all company procedures, health and safety regulations, and electrical compliance standards at all times. Maintain the company van and tools in excellent working order, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels to support efficient service delivery. Consistently wear the correct uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) to uphold professional standards and ensure personal safety while on site. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any recommendations for further maintenance or improvements. Essential Requirements Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising professionally with clients and team members. Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as a Service Engineer, Electrical Technician, or similar role, with proven expertise in electrical maintenance and repair. Strong practical experience working with automatic door systems from multiple manufacturers, including troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and installation. Demonstrable ability to carry out electrical work to a high standard, with attention to detail, safety, and quality. Basic knowledge of access control equipment, with the ability and willingness to undergo additional training as required. Current, valid CSR card demonstrating competency in electrical work. Full, clean driving licence, with the ability to travel between client sites as required. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide a professional representation of the company at all times.
