Multilingual Recruiter We have a vacancy for a recruiter, to work within our team. We exclusively provide temp, perm and contract staff to the warehousing and distribution industry. This role is based in our recruitment office in Inchicore, Dublin 8. Key Responsibilities include. Source candidates by using various recruitment methods including databases, job boards and social media. Match suitable candidates to vacancies. Client care, provide a top-class service to our valued clients Drive the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing and placing employees into permanent & temporary assignments. Provide a class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle in a fast paced, multicultural and busy work environment. Update and maintain internal databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Provide general support on recruitment, reporting and other administrative duties. Essential experience and skills Excellent communication skills Excellent service orientated skills to service our very valued clients. Understanding of the warehousing / Logistics industry would be a distinct advantage. Team player Highly organised, strong attention to detail and at ease with changing priorities Diary management Proficiency in Microsoft office Fluency in English both spoken and written Fluent in Romanian & Russian a distinct advantage Skills : Microsoft Multitasking Administrator
