Temp Social Care Worker - South Dublin - €40k - €55k DOE FRS Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Temp Social Care Worker to join a leading Primary Care service in South Dublin. The Social Care Worker will assist the Social Work team with case management & minor ADl tasks for individuals who live in the area. It's main focus is to assist the individuals in the programme to be more involved in their community and develop their skills for their own independence. In your new role you will : Support the clients as needed with in their day - to - day activities. Carry out welfare checks and assist the Social Workers with implementing care plans. Encourage them to live as independently as possible. Build a positive relationship with both the service users and staff team. Ensure compliance is in line with all regulatory standards and company policies. All other tasks as outlines by your manager. To be a successful candidate you will have : A QQI Level 8 in Social Care and started registration with CORU. Minimum 1 years' experience working with families and adults with additional needs.
