Aircraft Leasing Paralegal

My client is a leading aircraft lessor recruiting a Legal Associate to join its legal team in Dublin. Responsibilities : Support legal execution of aircraft and engine transactions, including lease amendments, novations, and deliveries. Draft and manage closing documents, board resolutions, certificates, NDAs, and notices. Coordinate with external counsel, lenders, and internal teams across deal cycles. Assist in transaction tracking, legal admin, and precedent management across portfolios. Requirements : 3-5 years' legal experience in aircraft leasing or aviation finance, either in-house or in private practice. Strong drafting and legal admin skills; experience with corporate and transactional legal processes. A degree in law or a related discipline is preferred. A market-leading package and long-term progression are available for the right candidate.
