Contracts Manager

This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with responsibility for overseeing multiple live projects across the South East.

The company has a strong reputation for quality residential delivery and maintains a pipeline of consistent, well-structured work.

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 8 years' experience in main contracting

Proven track record in project delivery, team management, and programme oversight

Residential experience is a significant advantage

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Based in (or willing to relocate to) the South East region

What You'll Do :

Lead site teams across multiple projects from start to finish

Ensure adherence to programme, budget, and quality standards

Liaise with senior management, subcontractors, and suppliers

Uphold company standards across health, safety, and compliance

Report directly to the Managing Director as a core member of the leadership team
