Position Bartender Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager Job Purpose : To provide high-quality customer service by preparing and serving beverage, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities : Greet customers warmly and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with recipes and legal guidelines. Take orders accurately and process payments using POS systems. Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor customer alcohol consumption. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, tools, and equipment. Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed. Manage bar opening and closing procedures. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally. Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team for smooth service delivery. Stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and policies.
