Our restaurant offers an elegant and vibrant dining experience, celebrated for exceptional service, refined cuisine, and a curated selection of wines and cocktails. We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Bartender to lead our bar operations and deliver top-tier hospitality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day bar operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including wines, classic and contemporary cocktails, and specialty coffees to the highest standard.
• Provide expert wine recommendations to customers, enhancing their dining experience.
• Supervise and support junior bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and team efficiency.
• Ensure consistent bar presentation, cleanliness, and full compliance with health & safety standards.
• Oversee stock levels, restock bar efficiently throughout the day, and minimise waste.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager on stock control, inventory management, and monthly stocktakes.
• Contribute to beverage menu development, bringing creativity and product knowledge to the team.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any bar-related issues with professionalism.
