Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with strong skills in the Microsoft technology stack to join on a daily rate contract in Dublin.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based services and APIs, working within a microservices environment, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions are delivered.

This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to influence architecture and best practice.

Core Experience Required Significant commercial experience (5+ years) with .

NET Core in production environments.

Track record of building and maintaining scalable APIs and service-based architectures.

Strong background with ORM tools such as Entity Framework and working knowledge of SQL databases, ideally including cloud-hosted options.

Practical experience deploying and supporting applications in a cloud environment (preferably Azure).

Solid grounding in object-oriented design principles and clean coding practices.

Nice to Have Familiarity with modern CI / CD practices, version control, and build / release pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git).

Exposure to front-end development with web technologies (such as Angular or similar frameworks).

Background working within agile delivery teams.
