At Gourmet Food Parlour, we are seeking enthusiastic and customeroriented individuals to join our team as Full time Front of House Waiting Staff in our stunning Dunshaughlin restaurant. As a member of our frontofhouse team, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include :

Responsibilities :

• Guest Service :  Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu.
• Order Accuracy :  Ensure that all orders are accurately recorded and delivered to the kitchen promptly.
• Table Maintenance :  Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean and properly set for the next guests.
• Menu Knowledge :  Have a deep understanding of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Beverage Service :  Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Cash Handling :  Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Teamwork :  Collaborate with other frontofhouse and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Cleanliness :  Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
• Problem Solving :  Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
• Compliance :  Adhere to all health and safety regulations, food safety guidelines, and company policies.
