Gourmet Food Parlour are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Front of House staff member to become a part of our team at our unit onsite Arnott's department Store, in Dublin City Centre.!

Qualifications, Abilities, and Skills

• Previous experience in a Front of House waiting staff role.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to excel in upselling.
• Profound knowledge of food, allergen awareness, and menu details.
• Possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain organization, stock, and cleanliness at bar and waitress stations.
• Skilled in preparing and remembering cocktail recipes.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire menu offerings.
• Capable of recommending options based on customer preferences.
• Respond promptly and courteously to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Accurately manage cash and credit card payments following established procedures.
• Adhere to relevant health and safety standards.
• Ensure thorough cleaning of the bar and floor area, as well as all equipment, and reset and restock for the next shift as required.
