Food and Beverage Manager

Avoca is seeking a passionate and commercially driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation within our Rathcoole store. Previous experience in the same or similar role within a F&B environment.

Experience of managing or supervising a team / multi teams.

Key responsibilities

The Food and Beverage we are looking for has a positive can-do attitude to drive exceptional standards and guest experience. You will be responsible for the following tasks.

Put the customer first, ensure that the guest experience is at the forefront of what we do.

Take accountability for all F&B operations, including the restaurant, cafe and events.

Identify and act upon opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs within the F&B department

Utilise personnel between all F&B outlets to minimise payroll expenditure and ensure flexibility of the team and optimise staff stability

Manage the day-to-day operation of the F&B outlets

Ensure compliance regarding food hygiene, licensing laws, health and safety and food and beverage systems in line with the company Food Policy & current legislation

Deal with customer feedback, ensuring effective outcomes and de3velopment of the F&B operation

Be fully accountable for all team members within the F&B department in terms of recruitment and performance management.

Develop and train new and existing staff on standards and procedures, to ensure all staff are fully trained to be the best they can.
