Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth operations

Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation

Liaise with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure alignment and clear communication

Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement on site

Requirements

8+ years' experience in site management, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor

Proven track record delivering residential projects from groundworks to handover

Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a positive site culture

Relevant construction qualification (degree, diploma, or trade background)
