Tax Director

The Role : We are recruiting a VAT / Indirect tax director to oversee and develop the consultancy function of the business. The Successful candidate will have an excellent technical skill set in VAT particularly in relation to cross border supplies of both goods and services. We seek someone who has excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written and who is comfortable dealing directly with clients. We are seeking someone who will also be comfortable being a clients main point of contact and who can demonstrate success in terms of business development. The ideal candidate will be : A Chartered Tax Advisor and or Solicitor / Accountant with experience Will have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience Strong client focus Willing to work independently and will be able to manage their own workload A demonstrable ability to develop business Flexibility in relation to working additional hours (if required) in relation to client deadlines An interest / ability in other tax heads would be advantageous Another European language (German, Dutch or French) would be highly advantageous About Sabios : Sabios is a boutique tax and restructuring company based in Dublin Ireland. Remuneration : A highly competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate Location : The role is based in Dublin however hybrid is standard. We do not operate a set location policy.
