Dublin | €85,000 | Permanent | Full-time About the Opportunity We are working exclusively with a rapidly growing Property Group based in Dublin, offering an excellent opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their expanding finance team. This is a commercially focused role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and drive business performance. Support strategic planning, investment appraisal, and new business opportunities within the group. Oversee cashflow forecasting, working capital requirements, and financial controls to ensure sustainable growth. About You Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 35 years PQE. Previous experience in Property, Real Estate, or Construction is advantageous. Strong financial reporting and commercial analysis skills. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels. Must be eligible to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available).
