Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and cloud technologies .
- Support users with products such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server , and Microsoft Windows .
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations effectively.
Requirements
Native or fluent English or Portuguese (B2 level or higher).Education or experience in IT technologies , particularly in cloud solutions .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Customer-focused attitude with great attention to detail.What We Offer
