The role of a Deputy Manager at Hyde & Seek includes : -To assist the Crche Manager in providing leadership and management within the crche.

• To help in delivering the highest standards of care and education while adhering to Hyde & Seek Childcares policies and procedures.

Ensuring compliance with the Childcare Regulations 2016, all Health and Safety legislation, Solta Standards, Aistear framework, and requirements as laid down by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs and Tulsa Child and Family Agency at all times.

In the absence of the Crche Manager, the Deputy Manager will undertake the overall day-to-day management of the crche.

Please Note Candidates must hold a minimum of level 6 childcare qualification and have 2 years experience in a childcare setting.

Candidates details will be submitted for Garda vetting.

Candidates who completed their qualifications outside of Ireland must have a qualification that is on the list of recognized qualifications by the Department Children and Youth Affairs or have a letter from the DCYA confirming they can work in childcare in Ireland.
