Area Sales reoresentative Munster Region Residential & Commercial Flooring Were looking for an Area Sales Rep who can take charge of the Munster region in a key role focused on the residential and commercial flooring market. You will work with an expanding product portfolio that includes premium carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), engineered wood, laminate, and vinyl flooring. Were looking for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, enjoys the challenge of winning new business, and excels at developing long-term customer relationships. Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service and support. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Stay ahead of trends in the flooring market to position the company products competitively. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering product recommendations and technical support. Key requirements Proven sales experience in flooring or a related field (interiors, building products, construction materials). A self-starter who is highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively. Based in or near the Munster region, with flexibility to travel as required.
