Matrix Recruitmentis seeking candidates for a Group QHSE Managerfor our clients brand-new,state-of-the-art manufacturing facilitybased in Waterford.

Excellent package on offer ! Were looking for an experienced Group QHSE Manager to champion safety, quality, and environmental excellence across multiple sites.

This is a pivotal role where youll shape standards, lead improvements, and influence every level of the business.

Your New Role Key Responsibilities : Drive a positive, proactive safety-first culture across all sites.

Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Keep the business aligned with ISO standards (ISO ) and evolving legislation.

Provide expert advice and training to staff and managers at all levels.

Report directly to senior management, shaping strategy and best practice.

Be the point of contact for regulators and external audits.

What You Need : Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.

5 years + experience at this level.

Experience managing QHSE across multiple sites in construction, manufacturing, or a similar sector.

Strong knowledge of QHSE law, standards, and ISO systems.

The ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively with teams at all levels.

Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
