Role Profile Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Governance & Reporting, this role will act as the Tirlan ESG subject-matter expert for regulatory and non-financial reporting, audit preparation, assurance and ESG regulatory advisory Responsibilities Responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of mandatory ESG reporting and disclosures Develop standard operating procedures and systems to track evolving ESG obligations to inform internal approaches for compliance readiness Engage cross-functionally to reduce complexity, compile validated content, and progress reporting Manage day-to-day interactions with third-party consultants and auditors, including assurance requests and audit response Collaborate cross functionally on ESG-related disclosures, taxonomy, risk management, and reporting integration Foster a pragmatic, results-focused culture, remove complexity and progress reporting even in informal environments Champion continuous improvement, including the tracking of ESG best practices and updating internal methods accordingly Partner with Corporate Affairs to prepare stakeholder-ready ESG disclosures Drive internal engagement to improve regulatory readiness and sustainability ratings Work closely with peers to establish robust reporting processes and internal controls Contribute to ESG policy development and integration of ESG into corporate strategies Support voluntary ESG reporting in collaboration with the ESG PG&R Manager Requirements 7+ years experience in ESG reporting, Sustainability or Corporate Financial Disclosures. Bachelors or Masters degree in the area of Sustainability, Finance or relevant area. Strong knowledge of reporting frameworks such as CSRD / ESRS, GRI, SASB / ISSB, TCFD, CDP, GHG Protocol, CSDDD, EU DR and assurance standards. Understanding of ESG regulation and compliance / assurance required in non-financial reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Clear and effective communicator with the ability to translate and simplify complex information for diverse audiences Detail-oriented with strong writing and analytical skills Proven project management skills and ability to deliver to deadlines Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong IT proficiency Strong team player with a growth mindset We offer Hybrid working (flex Fridays) Free parking incl.
