Support Worker Disability Services Full-time : (35 hours per week) Salary : €29,111 to €35,073 At Drumlin House, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred day services to adults with intellectual disabilities.

What Youll Do Build trusting and supportive relationships with service users, helping them identify their strengths, needs, and goals.

Act as a Key Worker,identifying goals and supports required by individual service users through the Person-Centred Planning process and maintaining records as required.

Support individuals and groups to access their community through activities and programmes that encourage growth and inclusion.

Uphold all policies, procedures, and service regulations to ensure safety and quality care at all times.

What We Are Looking For Minimum QQI Level 5 (full award) in Health or Social Care (or equivalent).

Knowledge of a variety of intellectual disabilities, including Autism.

Knowledge of New Directions Standards for Day Services.

At least 1 years experience in a relevant setting, with proven ability to implement Person-Centred Plans.

Strong report writing, IT, and interpersonal skills.

Full manual driving licence.
