HR Generalist (Maternity Cover Contract), Limerick, Virgin Media Ireland

About the Role :
Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Absence Management, Performance Management and more.

You'll have a good amount of autonomy and will need to have a responsible attitude!

Specific Duties & Tasks :

Support with annual Compensation & Benefits processes and administration Work with the HR Co-ordinator on analysis and tracking of data through reporting to share insights and to tell stories through data, to ensure understanding within the People Team and the business Skills & Expertise : 4 years+ prior HR experience in a fast-paced organisation Knowledge of Workday is an advantageSelf-starter / Self-motivated with experience making sound and logical decisions Experience resolving people related issues in a confidential manner Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a high level of attention to detailExperience working closely with stakeholders to prioritize business and information needsYou'll need to enjoy getting stuck in and seeing tasks and projects through to completionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace changeA methodical approach to both daily tasks and project work ensuring deadlines are metA 'team player' who can lead by example and inspire others on a daily basisFirst class problem solving skills who gets to the heart of the matterJoin and you'll be part of the Virgin Media family.
