Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Services Audit Senior to join their team.

With 8 offices in Ireland and the Isle of Man, and over 2500 employees from 50 different nationalities, you will be a part of a diverse team of individuals who share the same ambition, energy, motivation and core values.

As the Financial Services Audit Senior, you will be exposed to some of the most exciting industries in Ireland such as Banking, Asset Management, Funds, and Insurance.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with clients locally and globally.

Main Responsibilities —

Manage a large and varied portfolio of clients

Promote and oversee quality audit work on client engagements

Manage client relationships

Supervise and train junior team members to maintain audit standards

Prepare and present business tenders to develop your client portfolio

Manage work in progress and billings

Negotiate client fees

Take full responsibility for managing and reviewing the work of the audit team

About you —

Minimum of 3 years of experience required

Insurance audit experience preferred

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or similar qualification)

Strong technical knowledge

Strong experience in audit engagements

Experience in a top 20 practice

Worked with a diverse portfolio of clients

Capable of working on your own initiative

Ambitious and want to pursue a career in practice

Strong interpersonal skills are essential
